  1. First of all you have to open the Microsoft Health app on your Microsoft mobile.
  2. Once you have opened the app, tap on the menu button present on the top left corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Connected apps option from there.
  4. You will see a lot of apps listed there. Tap on Connect button located under HealthVault or other services present there.

Once you have connected with the services you will be asked to log in using your log in credentials.

Using Microsoft HealthVault users can easily organize their health information at one place which helps them in sharing the information easily with health providers as all your information is stored at a single place. Once you integrate your band with HealthVault, all the data will automatically get uploaded in your HealthVault account which will include your sleep data and workout details. You might get confused when you start using the services for the first time as both are with the similar names.

Other services which you can use with Microsoft Band include MapMyFitness which is a social fitness tracking app and works like a GPS tracking app while you are working out, doing cardio exercises. The app is having a huge database and is having around 20 million active members. With integration with MapMyFitness all your data will be saved from Microsoft Band to the app.

We hope Microsoft soon adds more services which one can use with Microsoft band. If you are having any problems while connecting HealthVault with Microsoft Band clear your doubts using the comments section below.
